How do you get your ideas?
Every department has a pitch meeting once a week (Writers, articles, Dorkly) where they bring ideas to the table, and everyone discusses them. Sometimes new ideas are formed just by talking about old ideas. Most of the content is created in hopes of it being viral, that’s something they really take into consideration when brainstorming. Shit can be funny, but shit needs to be viral so the site does well.
